AFJA is committed to develop a data driven model that clearly defines goals and the metrics we use to get there. We seek to help develop student athletes that are eligible for competitive soccer competitions. 

The following data is our first post COVID-19 activity. AFJA Online was created as a pivot during the pandemic. We reconnected youth with their local teammates as well as fellow beneficiaries in academies in Guatemala, Honduras, and El Salvador.

Each community faces unique challenges with connecting to an online platform. We created a virtual soccer field where practice is held every Saturday. With coaches from each location rotating to facilitate games and soccer drills from home. Our first class consisted of 120 participants. Each received a "play from home "kit" with soccer gear and materials for each Saturday's practice. The following dashboard is powered by UpMetrics Lite.
